administration details need improvement

During my transit in Fukuoka, I had the opportunity to stay at Tenjin Minami San Ban Kan hotel. The hotel's database provided accurate information about its location. It was conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from Watanabe-dori and only 1000 meters away from Nishitetsu Fukuoka, making it easy to explore the city. being only 10 km away from Fukuoka airport, it was a convenient choice for travelers looking for a close proximity to the airport.

There was one minor inconvenience during my stay. The administration details in the database could be improved.

I absolutely loved the hotel's decoration and general areas. The hotel had a charming and elegant atmosphere, with beautiful traditional Japanese artwork and delicate furnishings. As a senior woman, I felt comfortable and welcomed in these surroundings. The accessibility for senior people was also excellent, with wide hallways, clear signage, and conveniently located elevators, making it easy to navigate around the hotel.

While the children working there were polite and helpful, I would have appreciated a more senior-friendly vacation experience. Perhaps some additional amenities or services tailored specifically for senior guests, such as handrails in the bathroom or a dedicated concierge to assist with any special needs.

Clean and cozy room with a nice view of the river. Convenient location near Tenjin with easy access to Nakasu area. Close to convenience stores - the underground, and Canal City. Helpful and accommodating host and site manager. Well-equipped with a washing machine and basic cooking needs.

Would definitely recommend.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Grand Hyatt and Canal City shopping center, with beautiful views of the canal. The staff was friendly and responsive, making sure that my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchen and balcony, providing everything I needed for a enjoyable stay.

We loved location, it was central. Satisfied with Wheelchair Accessible policy, that was essential. Appreciated the easy check-in too. The host met us and explained everything.
